We provide a 3-year warranty. During this period, we are responsible for any damage resulting from manufacturing defects.
Q3. How is the sample cost calculated?
If the item is not in stock, the sample cost is double the wholesale price. The additional portion can be refunded once a large order is confirmed. For customized samples, fees are quoted separately.
Q4. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
If you have a shipping agent in China, the MOQ is 5 sets (EXW price). If you require us to arrange shipment, the total volume should exceed 10 CBM.
